An accessible Tourist Office
Our reception office in Neuf-Brisach is fully adapted to the needs of our visitors with disabilities:
- <strong> Step-free entrance</strong> entrance to the Tourist Office full foot
- Passenger lift in the Tourist Office which provides access to the reception desk
- Lowered counter
- Tourist Office equiped with a hearing loop for the hard of hearing
- Reception signage, all accompanied by a pictogram, adapted to better guide visually or mentally impaired people
- Accessible documentation in an autonomous way
- Accessibility guide available on demand
- Simplified Welcome Guide available on demand
Reserved parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are located directly opposite the Tourist Office.
Discovery by bike
An accessible cycling route
This is the first cycle route in France to be labeled Tourism & Handicap, a major step forward for inclusive tourism.
Designed for people in wheelchairs equipped for cycling, the cycling route has been adapted down to the smallest detail :
- Gentle inclines, especially when crossing bridges
- Rolling and continuous coating
- Free of obstacles
- Specific red signage "Alsace à vélo pour tous"
The route, which connects Neuf-Brisach to Kunheim along ramparts and canals, is labeled for the disabled motor, mental and auditory.
