From the Rhone to the Rhine, northern part - Neuf-Brisach to Artzenheim

On this route you will follow the Rhone-Rhine Canal on a tree-lined and shaded track, before crossing the villages of the plain. Our culinary tip: stop at the restaurant La Coccinelle to taste a delicious pastry.

Through ramparts and canals - Neuf-Brisach to Kunheim

1st cycle route in France labeled “Tourism & Handicap”

This "Vélo pour tous" route allows you to connect Neuf-Brisach, the perfect city imagined by Vauban, to Biesheim and Kunheim, peaceful villages on the Rhine plain. Between wet meadows and canals bordered by lush forests, the relatively shaded circuit does not present any particular difficulty apart from a few slight hills to cross bridges. Created in partnership between the Alsace à Vélo collective, the Colibrius company and the Tourist Office Alsace Rhin Brisach, this loop has been tested and approved with adapted bikes.

You will follow the banks of the Rhine for a good part of the route. Once you arrive in Breisach am Rhein, take the opportunity to take a break in one of the many ice cream parlors and cafés in the town!
