Chef's journey
Geoffroy Fuchs began his career as an apprentice with the famous Haeberlin brothers, at the Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern. This formative experience allowed him to acquire a solid mastery of culinary techniques and a deep respect for Alsatian cuisine. He subsequently enriched his career by working in various institutions in the region, particularly in collective catering, before embarking on the adventure of Le Rendez-vous des Copains.
